I am very excited to announce that we now have a blog page. I hope that everyone will be sure to check in on us occasionally.
For those of you that do not know me--I am incredibly motivated and photography is my passion. My husband and I share this passion. He and I work together to create lasting memories for brides, seniors, families, and anyone else that we are blessed to work with. In our lives we have realized is that life is very short and people come and go. One thing you can always count on is your family and friends. Photographs can say a thousand words, but capturing the words behind the photograph takes patience and skill. Photography is a delicate art--it's not just pointing and shooting, instead, it involves capturing a story for people to look back on.

- Focus First Photography was founded by my husband and I in 2007 and photography is a passion shared by both of us. We have been doing various types of freelance work over the past three years and are looking forward to sharing our passion with others for years to come. The most important thing to the both of us is our families. My husband is my rock--he was there for me through surgeries and the death of my mother. Without him none of this would be possible. He is my source of strength and he is constantly pushing me to further develop myself as a person and a photographer. I am married to the most wonderful man in the world.
